HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFITS

Discount Medical Disclosures:

A USA Membership is NOT INSURANCE, but provides discounts at certain health care providers for medical services. USA does not make payments directly to the providers of medical services. USA members are obligated to pay for all health care services but will receive a discount from those healthcare providers who have contracted with USA. The range of discounts for medical or ancillary services provided under the membership will vary depending on the type of provider and medical or ancillary services received. Hospital discounts NOT available in Maryland. Travel Assist not available to Florida and Washington residents.Phone-A-Doc is not available in South Carolina and Idaho Mail order contacts not available in New Jersey. This discount card program contains a 30 day cancellation period. Member shall receive a full refund of membership fees, excluding registration fee, if membership is cancelled within the first 30 days.
